1 funeral down, 2 more to go.
These were all individuals that were not planning on dying – yet – and it’s a reminder to me, as their pet sitter, that we’re not guaranteed tomorrow.
Life doesn’t stop or slow down for us and we don’t get a do-over.
As we get older we may put things off but don’t. Please don’t. Go after the things you want in life. Don’t do something to make your spouse, significant other, parents, kids, boss or family happy. Do things that make YOU happy! You have to live with yourself, your regret and sadness and grief and ultimately the happiness and success you create in your life.
Give more than take.
Work while you can.
Be a good steward.
Open your home and life to those less fortunate.
Recycle.
Reuse and repurpose.
Be kind to the planet.
Be kind to animals.
Don’t stop grinding until you die.
Blessings,
Kelley Stewart, CEO|Pet Sitter

“Your pet sitting, dog walking, poop scooping specialists!
P.S. My thoughts and prayers go out to the family (their pets) and their friends in this difficult time. As a pet sitter, dealing with pet death is part of the game but losing people is much more difficult. As your pet sitter, know that I invest in you and your pets and when something happens, I grieve.
