SIT-STAY-PLAY Raised $125 at Bark for Life Event

Bark for Life is an event where pet parents can celebrate and remember their canines who have beat, or crossed over the Rainbow Bridge.

The monies raised go to Relay for Life and towards cancer research.

SIT-STAY-PLAY was glad to support Midwest Homes for Pets in their inaugural Bark for Life event. The ladies that organized it did a good job and are looking forward to next year.

SIT-STAY-PLAY raised about $125 at our Kissing Booth. Sonny, and Maddie, the 2-legged Chihuahuas, and Sonny’s brother, Boston, gave out tons of kisses and were good hosts to the walkers.

Pit bulls, Huskies, Dobermans, Poodles, German Shepherds, Dachshunds, Whippets, Burmese Mountain Dogs and Great Danes were just some of the breeds we saw walking with their people.

Check out the Bark for Life next year and join us at the Relay for Life in June where we remember our human loves ones who have beat or passed away from cancer.

In closing, I’d like to say thank you to these people for helping SIT-STAY-PLAY make our booth awesome: April, Carolyn, Kurt, Dana and Jalen. We couldn’t have done it without your help! ((Hugs))
